No Picture

No power

Check cables

Alright first check for a fine and correct Wi-Fi signal by ensuring that the router is accurately working or a Wi-Fi signal being caught by another device.

A/V port broken

You need to remove the link of Roku 2 device from power. From the bottom of the device, now you need to remove the screws and carefully open the device. Check if you see black burns marks and loose wiring around ports of A/V. You need to replace the wiring and A/V port in case A/V ports burned. If wires are not attached or loose, tighten wiring.

No Sound
